When will my order arrive?

It depends on the shipping company selected and the delivery service provider. We offer a selection of shipping services in major cities, and it typically takes between 1 to 3 days from the order confirmation.

Is there delivery outside the country?

Currently, the shipping companies we work with deliver within the country and to a specific list of cities displayed on the delivery page. You can check the cities where the delivery representatives are available.

You can also request international delivery through the store's WhatsApp by providing product weight information and international shipping agent pricing, which are not currently listed in the store.

What should I do if the product has a manufacturing defect?

Please refer to the return policy for the terms and conditions regarding returns and exchanges. If the product has a manufacturing defect and an agreement to return it is made, the shipping cost for the company and the return shipping will be covered by the customer. However, the product's value will not be charged to the customer according to the return policy.
