Exchange and Return Policy:

• Exchange and return is a guaranteed right for all our customers and applies to all products available in our store.

• A product can be returned or exchanged if it is in the same original condition as when purchased and still in its original packaging.

• Returns are accepted within three (3) days, and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

• Please send us a picture of the product along with the city, address, and order number in case the product is defective, damaged, or does not match the agreed specifications, so we can replace it.

• A full refund will be issued if the received product is completely different from the product description on our website.

• We are not responsible for any customer expectations regarding the use of the product that were not mentioned on the product page.
